How to log a ticket via email
Make your subject line relevant (ie. Company Name – Issue)
- Log different tickets for different issues (In other words, report one issue per ticket.)
- Give as much detail as possible, even if you feel it might be irrelevant.
- Describe the steps to reproduce the error that you are experiencing.
- Provide some form of evidence of the error. Suggestions are: debug logs, screenshots or videos.

Please note: We deal with a large amount of support tickets every day and by following the steps above, you make the jobs of the support team easier and greatly improve the speed at which your ticket can be resolved.

How much time will you save by using Focus360?

What’s the price for multiple companies? 

You can add as many Focus360 organisations as you like, choose a pricing plan for each one, or set up a free 30 day trial. If you add an organisation and sign up to a pricing plan, you’ll become the subscriber for the organisation.
Focus360 offers a discount for multiple organisations when you subscribe to more than one Business Edition organisation. To qualify for the discount, the organisations need to use the same subscriber email address. The discount is automatically applied when you use the same email address and the organisations use the same country edition of Focus360. If an organisation uses a different country edition, contact Focus360 Support so they can apply the discount manually. For example, if a subscriber has both Australian and UK organisations, they’ll need to contact Focus360 Support to apply for the discount.

Will my data be safe and private?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel whenever you wish and you will not be charged again. You can continue to use the applications until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued. If you want to try out the service, the free plan requires no credit card.

What are Focus360 Compliant Devices?

Please ensure that the device you use for Focus360 meets our minimum requirements:
Please ensure the device you select has GPS functionality, a SIM card slot and that it is compatible in your country of residence.
In order to get the Focus360 experience we highly recommend investing in high specification mobile devices for your field sales team.

What if my device is so old that it is no longer supported?

Well, these system providers stop supporting older devices regularly. If this is the case, it is recommended that you look for an opportunity to upgrade your devices so as to stay performing well and safe from being hacked.

Can this app be used by anyone in the company?

Focus360 can be used by your entire sales team including field sales reps, internal sales staff as well as management. Focus360 helps create a transparent and collaborative environment by giving the entire sales team access to customer information. 

What happens when my free trial is over?

After a free 30 day trial, you need to decide if you will continue using Focus360. If you do, you need to subscribe to one of our plans. We try to make this decision as easy as possible, that’s why we offer a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time and an annual subscription with a 30-day refund policy. If you don’t want to subscribe, all your information will stay intangible until you decide to subscribe or delete the account upon request.

Does the Focus360 application runs on devices while on the road?

Yes. Focus360 mobile apps run while on the road as it provides access to the maps. Also, it keeps on tracking the location of the employees when they are in the field.

Can Focus360 tell the exact location of the employees, where they're spending their time?

Focus360 allows managers/leaders to track the employees' locations in real-time. It captures the exact location of the employees when they are in the field and saves the logs directly.

How the managers know that employees are using the Focus360 mobile app?

The managers installed with the Focus360 application can easily find whether the employees using the application or not. The usage information of the employees will be stored automatically. It documents the last access of the employees in the field and creates a report based on the data.

Does the Focus360 application can work all over the world?

Absolutely! Focus360 mobile app can work assisting you anywhere around the world. Wherever you are, you can always search your Sales Force data anytime.

What to do if any bug found or the app crashes?

As with any application, bugs can happen. If that happens, you can report to us via sending us an email directly to, or you can also submit them via our customer support form. Either way, your bug issues will end quickly.

Can I create an appointment for my employees, and have it synced to the calendar?

Yes, you can create appointments for your employees and sync it to their Google calendar that is integrated within the application.

Does the sales activities and events can be looked in the days, week, or month view?

You can get all the event details and other activities details in the day, week, or month view. You can also view multiple employees’ calendars at a time. All the information will be sorted by days so that you need not waste time sorting them.

Can be the employees' accounts removed when they quit the job?

Yes, when an employee of your company resigns or is replaced, you can delete their account. Removing the account is as easy as the adding process.

Step 1: Training

We have found that a solid training foundation really maximizes the benefit you can get from Focus360! With Focus360 you get unlimited 24/7 from our Customer Support Team + a dedicated Customer Service Manager (CSM) walks you through 60-minute sessions of setup/configuration calls then trains your reps on how to use the app. CSM stays with you as a consultant to ensure that you meet your goals. Training Services at all levels are provided free.

Step 2: Setting Things Up

Focus360 is a comprehensive solution, so there are a few technical nuances with imports. We suggest following our Excel Template for importing house addresses in Google Maps.
