We are currently recruiting for this exciting Telesales Superstar 🤩

As a Telesales Representative, you will contribute to generating sales for our company, closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by developing new and existing business.

Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Contact existing customers to inform them about our products and services;

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;

- Create sales quotes and projects, and follow up to improve win rate;

- Enter and update customer information in the database CRM;

- Receive and process orders in an accurate manner;

- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales;

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in CRM.

***As the optimum candidate for this role, you will have:

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;

- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;

- An ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- A Cool-temper with an ability to handle rejection;

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
