We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service agent to join us.

Servicing customers nationally, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a customers service environment where the ability to deliver complex information in a simple format is essential.

This role is responsible for onboarding and driving retention across existing customer accounts, performing basic technical troubleshooting plus working with members of our team to ensure services are delivered and customer expectations are met.

  • Clear development and career path available
  • A positive attitude as attitude is everything!
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center.
  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment

This role requires successful candidates to be able to work Monday to Friday 9 am- 5 pm
